Leaked Verizon Roadmap Is Goldmine Of Information

A leak of a Verizon roadmap has provided a ton of information on new phones. Assuming it’s all accurate, this could be a good quarter for Verizon.

The HTC DROID Incredible X was on the roadmap, with a 5″ display and a quad core processor. It’s that rumored HTC phablet we’ve seen a few times before. This competition to the Note II should be coming out in November.

Then we have the LG Spectrum II, which is a Verizon model of the LG Optimus LTE II. It’ll have a 4.7″ (probably TrueHD) display, 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 8MP camera, NFC, a 2,150 battery (impressive), and ICS. It’ll be released in early October.

Windows Phone 8 will come to Verizon too, with the Samsung ATIV S, Nokia Lumia 920 (no exclusivity!), and HTC Windows Phone 8X. They should come out in November. It’s great to see Verizon pushing Windows Phone more, it really needs it.

The DROID RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD should also be coming out around November, with a mid Q4 launch.

The Samsung Stratosphere 2 sounds like a solid QWERTY phone. It’ll pack a Super AMOLED Plus display with no PenTile, 8MP camera, and a dual core Snapdragon S4 processor, along with the obvious slide out keyboard. It seems solid, unlike most slider phones. It should be coming out later this month.

BlackBerry 10 is also in their plans, but that won’t come out until Q1 2013. Oh, RIM, you’re so late to the game. At least Verizon is giving you another shot.

Then there are a few more devices with little info, including a Pantech Perception to replace the Pantech Breakout, and 7″ and 10″ ZTE tablets launching before Q3 is over (unlikely).

Anything on this roadmap interest you guys? Any phone you’re planning to buy? Tell us in the comments!
