At IFA 2012 last week, Sony revealed several new devices in its Xperia lineup. Not much information was shown behind U.S. release availability, carriers, etc. however a new image provides insight into who will be getting one of Sony’s newly announced devices. According to some promo shots from Phones4U, Sony’s new international flagship, the Xperia T, is branded with AT&T’s globe logo.
The image comes originates from UK retailer Phones4U, which has it published alongside a number of photos of the European Xperia T shown at IFA. Also interesting to note, is that the AT&T variant’s rear is split up into three segments where as the international version has a solid smooth back panel. These divided sections for the U.S. version is believed to be attributed to the addition of 4G LTE connectivity.
