The battles never end. However, things have been looking quite good for Samsung. This time, it’s a Dutch court ruling that Samsung did not infringe on Apple’s multi-touch patent. Apple tried to get a preliminary injunction on Samsung devices the year before using the same patent, but failed. Seems that Samsung has been winning a lot outside of the US. America really doesn’t like poor Sammy.
