If you’ve gone to google.com today on your phone, you may have noticed something new. There’s a new design, featuring a sliding black side bar that allows easy navigation to Google’s services. It’s akin to many other of Google’s mobile services, and it’s good to see that Google is unifying its interface. At this time, there are no changes to the site on tablets.

We tested the mobile app on a Galaxy S III, Nexus 7 and iPhone 5, but the new interface didn’t show up on any of them. It will take time for it to roll out everywhere, and many others have reported that it’s showing up for them.
