LG Optimus G Hitting AT&T And Sprint In The US

We knew that LG’s new flagship phone will be coming the United States, but now we know what carriers it shall grace. AT&T and Sprint are going to be selling the quad core device. Just as a refresher, the Optimus G has a 4.7″ True HD IPS display, a brand new Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 2,100 mAh battery, 32GB of storage with a microSD card slot, and Ice Cream Sandwich with LG’s UI on top.

Here’s something interesting: The two models will have different cameras. AT&T’s G will have an 8MP camera, while Sprints will have the 13MP sensor. Curious, as we have no idea what could cause such a change. We hope to find out soon.

The phones have no price or availability, but they were said to come out sometime this year. We’ll bring you more info as it comes!
