Possible LG Nexus Leaks, Goes By LG-E960

We’ve heard of more than a few LG Nexus rumors, but this latest leak goes a step further. A newly leaked images reveals the LG-E960, a device that could quite possibly be LG’s Nexus phone. The device looks very much like the Optimus G, with the biggest difference being the positioning of the camera. Also, it’s running Android 4.1.2, showing that it’s up-to-date.

As it turns out, this very device passed through the FCC with AT&T bands last month. Now, we can’t confirm that this is LG’s Nexus, but the stock Android running on the device makes it looks mighty convincing. This month is supposedly the month of the Nexus, so we’ll have to see how Google plays things out.

What do you think? Could this be the long awaited successor to the Galaxy Nexus? Or is it a fake? Let us know!

eventually all phones will become nexus devices. minimal hardware requirements for the current and next build of android to come. with 4.2 coming, it has been rumored that asop android will lie underneath, and you can choose your phone manufacturer's skin by a customization centre. by going this route, eventually all of android devices can be updated by google themselves, and this will eliminate the majority of fragmentation that is present today.

Not the best looker on the surface but regardless of whether this is the Nexus or not, this phone is in a dummy case hiding it's actual looks, almost 100% sure of that.

I hope this isn't it. I have a feeling it may be tho. However, I have a feeling that there may be either devices as well. Maybe an international/ gsm version. Then one for other carriers. HTC= international version Nexus Razor = Verizon LG = Att T-Mobile and Sprint= TBD I forget where I bread this but there have been a few interesting benchmarks found with moto and HTC finger prints

Eh probably is. Anybody else disappointed LG was chosen as the next Nexus maker? A Sony Nexus sounds incredibly sexy to me for some reason..

There will be other Nexus devices in addition to this one.  Google has said that they want multiple manufacturers to make Nexus devices.

@sandwichmasta I like this decision. Google needs to diversify their Nexus selection.
