Samsung Responds To Overturned Injunction on Galaxy Nexus
Yesterday, we reported that a U.S. Federal Appeals Court overturned the injunction on Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus. The injunction originally stemmed from Apple’s claim the device infringed upon several of their mobile patents. Well earlier this morning, Samsung released a statement via its Samsung Tomorrow blog responding to the new ruling to lift the sales ban on the Galaxy Nexus:
Samsung welcomes this reversal by the Federal Circuit as yesterday’s decision confirms that the role of patent law is to protect innovation and not to unreasonably stifle competition and restrict consumer choice. We will continue to take all appropriate measures to ensure the availability of our innovative products.
Despite this victory for Samsung, Apple is intent on continuing to legally pursue all avenues to block Samsung products from the market. Simply put, this saga is far from over. DroidDog will continue to monitor over any Apple and Samsung related legal matters and keep you updated as news pops up.
Samsung Tomorrow, Full Legal Order

Quoting article: "Apple is intent on continuing to legally pursue all avenues to block Samsung products from the market." Yes, and I will continue blocking Apple from entering my household. Within the last month I was successful in convincing my wife to buy a Samsung Table instead of the Apple product she was eyeing. I will also continue advising all my friends, business associates and anyone else I meet what an unscrupulous company Apple is, deceiving the public into believing they produce quality products when in fact they offshore to the very companies they condemn so vehemently.
