If this isn’t an impressive feat, I don’t know what is. Sharp is starting production on 5″ displays with a resolution of 1920×1080, at a massive 443 pixels per inch. That’s incredibly dense, and if designed well, should look absolutely gorgeous. This is all possible due to the layer-reducing CG-Silicon technology.
These displays will be shown off at CEATEC Japan this week, so they’re pretty much ready for the market. Could this be the display for the rumored 5″ HTC phablet we keep hearing about? Or is it some other phone? Tell us what you think in the comments!
