Verizon’s Motorola DROID Bionic Receiving ICS Update Today
Yesterday, Verizon tweeted that the long overdue Ice Cream Sandwich update for the DROID Bionic is rolling out the next day, which is today. While the update was promised a long time ago, at least we are getting it now. The update is very similar to the DROID RAZR update, resembling a version of ICS closer to stock. Meaning it’s a good update. The update should have a widespread rollout today, so tell us if you get anything!
This is exactly why I dropped my Motorola Droid Bionic and Verizon's Big Red Network for AT&T. Verizon and Motorola fuck all their customers for updates. I mean come on Key Lime Pie is just around the corner and this phone is barely getting ICS and probably will NEVER officially get Jelly Bean. That is absolute CRAP how long Verizon takes for everything.
