Samsung Changing Brand Image Come CES 2013
See that logo right there? In a few short months, it will be gone, replaced by “all new product marketing linked via their own individual colours that are part of an overall brand family.” Samsung is changing up their entire brand image with the help of a team that did the same for Nike and Starbucks.
Not only will their logo be different, but their entire brand will be more “vibrant and international.” And continuing their tradition from the Galaxy S III marketing, they will advertise “products linked to lifestyle activities similar to what Nike does.” Pretty similar to “Designed for humans, inspired by nature.” Samsung could benefit from that, but I’m not sure if making their brand more colorful will do much good for them. But I guess we’ll see how it goes when CES comes along. Tell us what you think of the brand overhaul in the comments!

IT's been proven that people respond to the brands that they know, so hopefully the change will not only help them but not force those who already know them to forget them.
