Google Sells 1 Million Nexus 7s In December, Totaling 2-3 Million In Q4

Google’s Nexus 7 has surprisingly been a huge hit, and they’re hitting a milestone this month. December will be the first month where they will top 1 million sales, and they will sell 203 million units in Q4 of 2012. Since monthly sales have been somewhere between 500,000 to 900,000, this is a significant growth for Google. But with a price tag of $200 for such great specs, we aren’t sure how anyone could resist. The sale boost is probably attributed to the price drop of the 16GB model and the release of the 32GB and the 3G unlocked models.

What do you think of the Nexus 7 sales? Does it deserve it? We’re interested in hearing your thoughts.
