The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is now receiving its Jelly Bean update. While it is only 4.1.1, it’s still a significant upgrade over ICS. With Jelly Bean, you get Google Now (an app I find myself using more and more as time goes on), Project Butter, and many other new features and changes. It’s definitely a good update, no matter how you look at it.
If you live in the United Kingdom and want to get the update, go into Settings and check for updates. If you for any reason can’t or don’t want to go the OTA route, you can also update using the Kies computer software. While most people really don’t like Kies, it’s great that Samsung gives both the option of an OTA and Kies instead of forcing one or the other. Tell us how it goes!
