Here is a new rumor for you: The HTC M7. Focus Taiwan has reported that HTC will begin production for the mystery device soon, with it launching in the first quarter of 2013. They are trying to work with various companies to build up to 5 million devices. This will be their flagship, quickly replacing the recently released One X+. However, if it’ll be anything like the HTC DROID DNA, we can’t complain.

It is rumored that the M7 will have an aluminum unibody design and will feature Qualcomm’s fastest processor inside. Pretty much nothing is known, but it is assumed that it will be announced at Mobile World Congress in February. Either way, let’s hope it will be available on most or even all carriers in the US in some standardized form, like the Galaxy S III and Note II are. And of course we dearly hope it’ll help HTC out of their poor financial situation.
