Toshiba is getting ready to launch a brand new 10-inch tablet this Friday. Their new tablet, the Toshiba Excite 10 SE, will come full equipped with the following specs:
- 10.1-inch AutoBrite HD display with 1280 x 800 resolution
- NVIDIA Tegra 3 1.5GHz quad-core processor
- 16GB internal storage
- MicroSD card
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- 3MP rear-facing camera
- HD front-facing camera
- SRS Premium Voice Pro technology
Carl Pinto, vice president of marketing for Toshiba America, released a statement saying,
“Our Excite family of tablets continues to grow with options to suit a wide range of consumer needs, from portability and gaming to versatility and power. We designed the Excite 10 SE to be a full featured tablet that offers a pure, Android Jelly Bean experience, while maintaining an attractive price point.”
The Toshiba Excite 10 SE tablet features a competitive price point, starting at $349.99 for the 16GB version. The low price point will definitely make the Toshiba Excite 10 SE stand out from the other tablets on the market, but it will still have a tough time battling the more prominent tablets like the iPad or the Nexus 10.
You can purchase the Toshiba Excite 10 SE directly from Toshiba on December 6th. Would you consider the Toshiba Excite 10 SE over the other tablets on the market?
