ASUS Unveils The Qube Google TV Box And Transformer AiO PC/Android Tablet Hybrid

ASUS has unveiled two new products for us today, and both are quite unique. The first one is the ASUS Qube, a new Google TV box. It offers everything else other GTV boxes offer, but in a cube! It also offers a unique “Qube” interface that spins like a cube (the description makes me think of the GameCube interface). It has access to the Play Store and will be released “late Q1″ 2013. Hopefully ASUS brings some more customers to the GTV market.

The second product is an 18.4″ All in One called the Transformer AiO that runs Windows 8. It has some impressive specs, such as a third gen Core processor and an NVDIA GT 730M GPU. But when taken out of its dock, it turns into an Android tablet powered by a Tegra 3 processor. We aren’t sure why you would need an 18.4″ tablet, or how you would hold it at a decent angle in most cases (it has a stand for tabletop use), but the option is there for those who want it. It should be released sometime in Q1 of 2013.

Are you interested in any of these products? Is an ASUS Google TV box enough to make you try out GTV? Or will you be rocking that 18.4″ tablet, carrying it around by its handle in public? Tell us in the comments!
