Cruzerlite Spi-Force Case for Samsung Galaxy Note II Video Review

Cruzerlite Spi-Force Note II

Cruzerlite is a well known manufacturer of quality TPU cases for our mobile devices.  We have the opportunity to review a few of them over the next several days for some of our Samsung Galaxy devices.  Today, we’re reviewing the Cruzerlite Spi-Force Case for the Samsung Galaxy Note II.  Here are some quick notes on case:

Pros:

  • Good fit for the Note II
  • All ports accessible with the case on, huge plus
  • Shock absorbant
  • Scratch resistant
  • Kick Stand!
  • Offers things to grab onto for people with smaller hands

Cons (not really any big cons):

  • It’s not a slim case, but it’s not advertised as one.  Just don’t be surprised
  • A little difficult to get on an off the device.  Not as easy as other TPU cases
  • Wish the black part of the case came in more colors.  It would be cool to be able to mix and match since it’s two parts.

So there you have it.  The Spi-Force case for the Galaxy Note II is another great case from  Cruzerlite.  Check out the video review below.  You can pick it up from Cruzerlite.com or their Amazon store for $19.90.  It’s definitely not a cheap TPU case, but sometimes you get what you pay for.  Let us know what you think of the case, if you have one, or plan on getting one.  We really appreciate your comments!

I have 3 of these cases for my note 2 and I absolutely love them! I agree it is hard to put on and remove from the phone but I think that's the way it should be! I don't want my case coming off in my purse or if I drop my phone. My ONLY con is that the back piece only comes in black, I would love to mix and match! I also do not consider this to be a big case.. especially when compared to an otterbox defender!

tif1129 Wow! Thanks for commenting! I agree with you that there are bigger cases.  As I stated in another comment I prefer not to use a case, but when I do, i prefer slim TPU cases.  However, you're correct that this is not big  and I think better looking compared to otterbox cases.

Brooks Barnard  tif1129 It definitely looks much better than an otterbox!I had an otterbox defender on my Droid X and while it did a great job protecting my phone I think I spent as much time trying to keep the silicone outer layer in the grooves on the inner layer as I did actually using my phone! That, combined with how hazy the screen protector looked after a little use is what inevitably made me decide that I would never own another otterbox! LOL

This looks like a good case for people who need it, but I still have a dude inside me that wonders why people have a need for these cases. They cover up a beautiful device with a hunk of rubber and plastic...it just doesn't make any sense to me.

Stop dropping your phones people. Please :(

CallChrisNow I myself agree and prefer my phones naked.  I do however strongly encourage my wife to use a case due to her history of run-ins with gravity.

Brooks Barnard  CallChrisNow LOL.. "run-ins with gravity" haha.. I had mine naked until I almost dropped it out of the car when I got out.. It was in my lap.. (forgot it was there) WAY too expensive to replace.. Got the Otterbox defender.. must say...LOVE that case and now I don't have to set-ter down gently.. Feel so much more secure.

Applefangirl  Brooks Barnard  CallChrisNow .....nice username *permaban*On a more serious note, I use an Ultra Thin Air so I can set the phone down without scratching the glossy back. I often carry it naked though, it's so nice seeing its sexy looks and feeling its thinness and curves. We're talking about a Note II, I promise.
