Devs Unlock Newly Locked Bootloader Of The Verizon Note II

When Verizon released the update for their Galaxy Note II, we knew the included bootloader was trouble. It was later realized that it relocked people’s phones and rendered the unlock method useless. People were stuck on official software for quite a while. Fortunately, Adam Outler and others figured this one out too.

They released a version of the unlock tool for thew new firmware (VRALL4) for Windows and Linux. It’s pretty much the same method, except the file is now called Back Atcha Verizon. So if you’re up for unlocking your bootloader (which voids warranty and can be dangerous!), hit the source link for more info. Just be careful, don’t go bricking your baby.

I applaud Samsung for making the most important device ever to android. This is definitely the best all purpose productivity device ever. The Version created by Verizon is a industry joke and a total farce and comical to say the least. I am glad my Galaxy Note 2 is on tmobile. The tmobile, sprint, and at@t versions are the intended devices the manufacturer being Samsung wanted us to have. Not that private carrier created version on Verizon with all that childish branding that looks like graffiti or the disabling internal changes to the device. I wouldn't touch this device for free it's a sad conclusion. Clearly people who live here in New York City must feel the same way as i do cause I don't even see this device while out and about on the subway, buses, or just walking in the streets. New York City is the tech capital of the world and everyone pays attention to what everyone is carrying smartphone wise. I see ever other carrier Galaxy Note 2 but not Verizon. I wonder why????
