Here’s an interesting photo for you. It seems that it’s an HTC DROID DNA is running Sense 5 straight off of the rumored HTC M7. While this is probably nothing more than a port (possibly proving that the M7 is similar to the DNA in many ways?), it’s still interesting to see. I can’t say I’m a fan of those bug widgets, and the clock looks very plain (a stark contrast to HTC’s older and very much loved clock widgets). But I’ll save judgement until I get my hands on it.

It’s also a bit sad to see Sense 5 on a Sense 4 device, as the DROID DNA will most likely never see official Sense 5. While HTC has been pretty decent with the software updates, they were never known to give a new version of Sense to a device. Sense 3.5 devices were given Sense 3.6 instead of Sense 4, and Sense 2.1 devices could only run Sense 3 with some serious software modification (Edit: I was informed that the HTC Inspire 4G did in fact officially receive Sense 3.0. Apologies for the mistake). I doubt that the DNA will get Sense 5. But we can always hope.
