New leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 show that it in fact does have S-Pen capabilities. These photos, which were leaked by Frandroid, shows that the previous leaked image of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 may in fact be the real deal.
They also show that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will have more of a phone interface rather than a tablet interface. It should also have the Premium Suite features that Samsung includes in its Android Jelly Bean 4.1+ devices.
The rumored specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 include:

- 1.6GHz Exynos quad-core processor (unknown if this is the Exynos 5 Octa)
- 16/32GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for expandable storage

- 1.3MP front-facing camera
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- 4600 mAh battery
- Bluetooth 4.0
- S-Pen capabilities
