Kogan Agora Is A Budget “Phablet” With Noteworthy Design

If you’ve wanted a phablet but couldn’t afford one, this might just be a good product for you. The Kogan Agora is a simple 5″ device with dual SIM slots (one for 2G and one for 3G), an 800×480 resolution, a dual core processor running at 1GHz, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of memory with a microSD slot, and dual cameras (5 megapixel back and 0.3 megapixel front). It ships with Ice Cream Sandwich (at least it isn’t Gingerbread) and is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery. While that doesn’t seem all that good, it’s really impressive for a device that’s only $149. If you’re on a budget, this could really be a good option.

You can get these from Kogan’s website, where they are up for pre-order and will be shipping around mid-February. And if anything, people will definitely mistake it for an original Galaxy Note, so you’ll have that as a bonus. What do you guys think of this device? Keeping in mind that it’s $149, is it worth it? Tell us in the comments!
