LG is looking to release a successor to its flagship LG Optimus G smartphone. A leaked photo shows the LG Optimus G Pro’s design as well as its specs.
Here are the specs the LG Optimus G Pro carries:
- 5-inch 1080p display
- 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor
- 32GB on-board storage
- 2GB RAM
- 13MP rear-facing camera
- 2.4MP front-facing camera
- 3,000 mAh battery
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
- LTE enabled
The LG Optimus G Pro will first launch on NTT Docomo in Japan, and will most likely make its way to other countries soon after. This phone has great specs and its following the new trend of 2013 where phones are coming equipped with 5-inch displays and quad-core processors.
Previous rumors suggested that this phone would be released this May, however that might not be the greatest idea seeing as how the Samsung Galaxy S IV will most likely be released that month as well. LG knows better than to try to go head-to-head with Samsung and its latest flagship smartphone.
