Samsung Shows Off La Fleur Device Collection

If you’re a fan of flowers, we have some good news for you. Samsung will be releasing the 2013 La Fleur collection, consisting of the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III Mini, Galaxy Ace 2, Galaxy S Duos, and the Galaxy Ace Duos. Samsung is taking these devices and covering them with flowers as a new design.

They will be more expensive than a standard device though. The S III specifically will go for 22,990 rubles, or $765. And yes, the only place that’s confirmed to get this collection so far is Russia. We don’t know if other places will get it, but we’re sure at least a few other places will. While the demographic for these devices is fairly small, they look nice and will probably sell a decent amount. Russia will be seeing a launch February 1st, and we’ll bring you info as it comes along. Would you buy one of these devices?

A French-named collection in Russia. Makes perfect sense to me. How about an Italian job in Australia?

kanoneyez Hahahaha I like your train of thought. As a Russian, I didn't even think about that! Anyway, Russians are all obsessed with the iPhone over there so this shouldn't impact them much.

Haloruler64 To be fair, it's not completely French. "La" is typically Spanish. The correct would have been Le Fluer. Maybe to the Koreans, its all Greek to them. (I'm Mexican, Gernan, French and who knows what else.)

kanoneyez True, true. Still a funny comment.
