Sony Xperia Z Has Been Spotted At CES

The Sony Xperia Z, Sony’s 2013 flagship phone, has been spotted early on the CES show floor. Before we’ve just seen leaked images and stock photos, but now we have a general idea of what the device will really be like.

The device will run Sony’s own Xperia specific UI over Android Jelly Bean, which may be a bit upsetting to some consumers. We won’t have any confirmed specs until around 5PM PST tomorrow.

Here’s a list of the rumored specs the Sony Xperia Z will have. Let’s see if they’re the real deal tomorrow:

  • 5-inch 1080p display
  • Samsung Exynos 5 quad-core processor
  • 3GB RAM
  • 16MP camera
  • 3000 mAh battery
  • 128GB Internal Storage

Make that 4.6" with those stupid screen wasting on-screen buttons. That Big black bar looks 10 times worse than any capacitive button.

You guys are idiots. Phones like this is the best! They look the best, and LED buttons looks ugly on white phones. And LED gets dust under the LED.. YAy.. waste of space.

Me want. Unfortunately I'm a Sprint user and refuse to go to AT&T and T-Mobile is crap here in Omaha, NE.

the_EDJ Hopefully Sprint is smart enough to release the Sony Xperia Z on all 4 major networks. They can't really expect this to become a flagship smartphone like the Samsung Galaxy S III if they only release it on one or two carriers.
