With the 7″ ASUS MeMo Pad announced and the 10″ model leaked many times, it was only a matter of time before it was officially announced by ASUS itself. At the Thailand Mobile Expo, ASUS announced the 10″ model of the MeMo Pad, called the MeMo Pad Smart.
The tablet will come with a 10.1″ 1280×800 display, a 1.2GHz Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of memory with a microSD slot, dual cameras (5MP rear and 1.2MP front), and Jelly Bean 4.1. It’s essentially a Transformer Pad that has been rebranded and slightly redesigned, and that’s not such a bad thing. But for THB10,900, or around $365, it is only $35 cheaper than the TF Pad when it debuted. Hopefully it’ll be cheaper in other countries. Anyway, what do you guys think?
