HTC One Benchmarked, That’s One Big Number

The HTC One has been released, paired with its brand new Snapdragon 600 processor. So what does a nerd do the first time he gets to touch an HTC One? Benchmark it of course! We all love benchmarks, even if they mean very little in real world usage. So here you go.

Impressive, right? When a Note II (a little customized) gets around 7540, and the Snapdragon 600 nearly doubles it, you know you have a winner on your hands. It destroys every other chip in any Android phone. I can’t wait to get my hands on one, because this looks plain amazing. What do you guys think?

Though benchmarks don't tell the full story I'd like to see the Tegra 4 and Exynos Octa benchmarked.

Benchmarks don't meanrreally to much. Let's see some real world comparisons. The Galaxy Note 2 is the BEST ultimate all purpose productivity device ever made period. Let's see if the Htc One can compare

richardyarrell As a Note II owner, I agree it's all about real world tests. However, the Snapdragon S4 Pro is crazy fast in real world usage. Not even ashamed to say the Optimus G rivals my Note II in speed. We'll hopefully see soon how the One performs!

It would be nice to see how the HTC one benchmark scores compare with the Nexus 4 and HTC One X+

MrNonFiction One X+ gets around 7000 with its Tegra 3 T33 at 1.7GHz, Nexus 4 scores what should be around 5000? It likes to throttle. My Sprint and AT&T Optimus Gs score about 7350 or so.
