Samsung is producing their 4.99 inch 1080p Super AMOLED panels, with production continuously ramping up. Some reports say that they will reach mass production sometime this month, producing enough panels to go into the Galaxy S IV (or so rumors say). Though they have faced some manufacturing delays, they’ll hopefully have enough screens to fulfill the need of every future Galaxy S IV owner out there.
