Rumors have been circulating about the HTC One coming to Verizon. When the device was officially announced, HTC said it would come to AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. There was no mention of Verizon, and we’re sure quite a few people were upset. Recently, we have seen rumors about the One coming to Verizon a few months after the launch on other carriers, which wouldn’t be ideal but at least it’d come. Now there is a Walmart document stating that it will come to AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint (no mention of T-Mobile?), and the Verizon model of the One would be replacing the DROID DNA on store shelves. Oh, the DNA had such a short life.
Could this be legitimate? We really don’t know. We hope so, as Verizon customers deserve to enjoy the HTC One like the rest of us will be able to. Verizon, why did you have to do this?
