If you’re someone who gets a lot of emails with event details, this will be useful for you. Gmail finally integrated a feature where mentioned dates in an email can be clicked on and added to your Google Calendar. You won’t have to leave Gmail, just click on an underlined date and time and it’ll automatically create the event and allow you to edit it. And as an added feature, the event will have a link to the original email it was scheduled from, which is a great detail I didn’t even think of. If you want to try it out, it’ll be rolling out over the next week to everyone who is using the US English language in Gmail. So wait for it and check Gmail once in a while to see if you got it!
