AT&T Acquires Nextwave To Improve Spectrum Strategy

AT&T has decided to acquire Nextwave Wireless Inc., a wireless technology firm, as part of it’s spectrum strategy.  The acquisition calls for AT&T to pay up to $50 million as well as the repurchase of debt from bondholders.
