Toshiba AT200 now available for purchase in the UK
It was way back in September of last year when we saw the official announcement of the AT200 by Toshiba. The Android-powered tablet may not have been the most high-end tablet announced near the tail-end of last year, but it certainly doesn't slouch in the specifications category, and it manages to add yet another tablet in the already crowded market. But, back then,... Read more » Cowon Z2 Plenue is another mid-range PMP

Late last month, Lenovo made it clear that they intended to not only update their IdeaPad tablet to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but also the ThinkPad business-oriented tablet. Unfortunately, back then, Lenovo was only providing generalized dates, with no hard dates to go on. We knew to expect it in the second quarter of this year, but nothing else beyond... A few months ago online retailer Woot sold some refurbished versions of Motorola's XOOM tablet, but didn't do a very good job on the refurbishing part. About 100 out of 6,400 tablets were affected, and that's a major issue for 100 people.... Read more » Fujitsu Stylistic M350/CA2 business tablet officially announced
Another day, another tablet, right? It may not be that busy these days, it isn't a surprise to hear about another tablet finding its way to the market. Unfortunately, this time around, it isn't a tablet running Google's latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich mobile OS, or even Android 3.0 Honeycomb. As you can see from the image, this is a "business" tablet running... Read more » BlackBerry PlayBook being offered free for Android developers who repackage their apps
We learned that RIM would finally be bringing Android apps to their BlackBerry PlayBook, but it didn't seem like the most exciting offer. They are now offering a deal, and every Android developer who repackages their app and submits it to the Blackberry App World by February 13 will receive a Playbook gratis. By doing this it appears RIM is trying to add more apps to... Read more » Clove in the UK stops selling Transformer Prime due to quality issues
The Transformer Prime has had a rough start, plagued with issues like poor GPS performance as well as graphical issues. They are so bad that a manufacturer in the UK known as Clove is ceasing shipments of the tablets. Due to a high rate of customer returns, the retailer believes it needs to test the tablets before selling them to consumers. All pending orders of the... Huawei's MediaPad was announced long ago, being a Honeycomb tablet at a low price. The tablet will finally be making its way to a second carrier in the US (it already launched on T-Mobile), as it will be launching on AT&T shortly. It will feature the same specs including a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 7-inch screen and Android Honeycomb (with plans to update to Ice... Read more » ASUS TF300T leaked, may be the next Transformer
ASUS has been pumping out their line of Transformer tablets lately, after releasing the Transformer Prime last month and then announcing two new tablets at CES. Above is a leaked picture of what might be next, with a model number of TF300T. This fits with other model names from ASUS, as the original Transformer was TF101, and the Prime with TF201. One of the pictures... Read more » ZTE Optik for Sprint officially announced
