Good news for Dell Streak owners in the UK today, as carrier O2 has conformed that ANdroid version 2.1 - Eclair - will be available for Streaks on their network starting September 1st, Wednesday. Motorola has posted a detailed Android upgrade list over in their support forums that mostly confirms users' suspicions, for better and for worse. What's the worst news? Yes, a lot of people have guessed that the next iteration of Android - after Gingerbread, that is, which most are pinning at version 3.0 - would be called (the registered trademark) Häagen-Dazs.
