Grab an Aria for free at Wirefly

Those of you with an eye for tiny packages and even tinier price tags need to take a look at Wirefly’s HTC Aria product page. They’re giving the diminutive 2.1 gadget away to those starting or extending a new two year contract with AT&T. Grabbing the unit straight from the carrier will cost you $129.99 after a $100 rebate, so this is quite a steal. There are no activation fees either.

The “smallest Android yet” is equipped with a 5MP AF cam, 384MB RAM / 512MB ROM, and a Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor clocked at 600 MHz.

If you’re one of those folks who likes to spread the word and wave your flag for all to see, DroidShirts.com has you and your Android needs covered. I hear it all began in a TinyChat session when the cone challenged Graves (yes, he’s colorblind) was told he was wearing purple pants. He wasn’t sure about what color they were, goofing ensued, and the #carlospants hashtag was born. It has been lovingly transferred to these tees in all its fuchsia glory. So grab yourself a shirt for Carlos and fight the fight of the colorblind! Or, you know, just do it for the lulz.

T-Mobile offers Android from the Clearence Shelf

The guys over at TmoNews have word that T-Mobile will be cutting the prices of all their Android devices starting January 15th. Its not uncommon for carriers to lower prices for newer incoming devices. T-Mobile will be launching the Mytouch 3G Fender edition on January 20th. The new price point will be:

T-Mobile G1 $99.99 with 2 year contract
Motorola Cliq $149.99 with 2 year contract
Samsung Behold II $149.99 with 2 year contract
The Mytouch 3G will continue at the price point of $149.99 with 2 year contract.
The G1 gets $20 lighter while both the Cliq and the Behold II get cheaper by $50 and $70 respectively.

Unlocked Hero with US 3G for sale / headed for AT&T?

Check out this page over at Negri Electronics where they’re offering up unlocked Heroes for $579.50. Why are these any different than the phones you can import from Europe? These NAM (North American)Heroes are capable of 3G on AT&T.

And it’s just rumor at this point but if you like rumors, try this one on for size: the Hero is apparently headed for AT&T (cha-ching for the subsidies!) early next year. No word on exact dates or unlikely spec bumps, but it’s still pretty good news, eh?

Acer A1 Liquid on Amazon

For £349.00 – currently $580 – you can pre-order Acer’s under-clocked (to 768 MHz) Snapdragon device, the Liquid A1. Set to ship December 7th, white will be the only color available initially. If the race to unload Verizon’s Google-powered merch for the lowest price possible – like free – didn’t have you waffling about where to get your next Android, this might: Best Buy is selling Sprint’s Hero and Moment for $99 with instant rebates on a two-year contract. Tell me the Behold II doesn’t look like a rip off right about now. The deal lasts “through December.”

Sears sells cell phones!

… by the sea shore? Sorry, the story is actually that Sears is selling the Motorola Droid for $149 without any need for forms, faxes, debit cards, and the rest. But Sears has kept this secret so well that I was heading the same direction with my post before I even finished the title of my source’s post. That’s the real story here, right? Sears is a cellular merchant? I mean this whole $149 bargain isn’t such an exclusive after all. I’m starting to wonder why anyone would pay more.
