Sprint and HTC Giving Away Official TPU Cases Along with the EVO 4G LTE and a ‘Sorry’ Letter
I'd be worried too, after finding out that the AT&T One X came with a permanently locked bootloader. But no, the EVO 4G LTE can be unlocked just as easy as the international One X. If you really do want to unlock your bootloader and lose your warranty, head over to HTCDev for all the tools and instructions. It's sad that HTC's unlock tool doesn't even fully... Read more »

HTC's Jeff Gordon recently said that "Verizon is not going to be carrying either of the HTC One devices currently announced." This also means that the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE some people were hoping would be the Verizon One isn't a One series phone at all. The Incredible 4G LTE actually uses a different Qualcomm chip from the One X. It isn't the same chip... Read more »
If you're a fan of the One X, but not its (sexy) styling, then the Sprint EVO 4G LTE is for you! And Wirefly has it $50 cheaper to pre-order than Sprint, for a small $150. Note: This is coming from a loyal AT&T customer, feel free to call me a fanboy all you want, but everything below are my experiences with the network. Yours may vary, but this isn't about you, is it? You know what really grinds my gears? When people complain about AT&T being a bad network. Sure, back in 2008 when they were getting overloaded by a thing... Read more »
The Tegra 3 was the first quad-core processor to hit the mobile market late last year, but it had one glaring hole: no LTE support. As it turns out, with carriers like AT&T and Verizon (soon Sprint, too) actively running high-speed LTE networks, people want phones with LTE. So in turn carriers put that support in their highest-end handsets. And once again, they also... Read more »
When we think of prepaid phone carriers, the thought is usually of cheap, low-end phones. For the most part, that's what we've seen from carrier like Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile, but phones have slowly become more and more high-end. As it turns out, both Virgin and Boost are owned by Sprint, and use their network. This means that they get a lot of their phones as... Read more »
Sprint began taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus since Monday, and three days later they're declaring they are already out. That's right, anyone looking to pre-order a shiny new Galaxy Nexus on Sprint is out of luck, and shipments are planned to begin as soon as tomorrow. Retail stores will still have inventory on launch day, the 22nd, so if you'd like to... Read more »
