Looks like another update is coming out for the Verizon Droid Eris. Unfortunately, not Sense 2.1 but a couple of bug fixes. This update should take care of some waking and connection problems. As reported by BGR, Verizon started sending out the update to a limited number of subscribers around Midnight this morning. Over the coming days, the list of recipiants will grow exponentially. O.K., so it's not a big shock at this point, but HTC and Verizon have made it official as of today. Eris will be available tomorrow at $99 after a $100 mail-in rebate on a two-year contract.
