Begin update: It's as we may have feared, but hoped it wouldn't be. Samsung has said via Twitter that their Tweet, which was essentially the same thing as the press release, pertains only to devices in the UK. We can't be 100% on this, but FCC filings and the detective work of many-a-blogger seem to nail this thing down as the GT-I5700.
