When US Cellular launched the 7-inch Galaxy Tab from Samsung, the device was running Android 2.2 Froyo, which was to be expected. And while the wait has been long, the regional carrier has finally provided the goods to upgrade the tablet to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. So US Cellular is launching their 4G LTE network soon, and while the wireless carrier is more than willing to talk about the network enhancements, they are being coy about the actual devices they will be launching.
