Nexus One Youtube Video Quality resolution

Can anyone help me with my problem of my video quality on youtube? The video should be uploaded in 480p but I have no such luck. I have seen videos where the video quality is 360p or 480p but I have no such options when I upload video. I have the video settings on the phone on high and I dont know what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have this same problem and am not sure why yet. When I figure out why and if there is a fix I will post back here.

Ok, here's a simple explanantion of a fix, which i pulled from here (http://www.nexusoneforum.net/forum/nexus-one-general-discussion/976-high-quality-youtube-mobile.html).

"So when using the youtube app, for some reason the default resolution for watching any video is extremely low/pixelated. It's even lower than old youtube quality. So you have to go into options for each specific video to set it to high quality"

Theres also a lil more advanced fix explained here (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-hacks/9975-make-youtube-default-high-quality.html). You'll have to read further into it to find out if it also works on 2.1
