Samsung Captivate and FB Sync

I have tried desperately to get fb to sync on my Samsung Captivate (AT&T) and believe I have doen it correctly for the most part. However when I am in my contact and click on a contact picture that I definately know is a FB contact, the fb icon doesnt come up that brings me to their profile/wall.

I installed twitter and it shows up in the contacts list.

I get no errors on syncing and have tried deleted and reinstalling etc.

no luck, anyone else have same issue?

I can't speak for anyone else, but I know that if you PM me and it isn't support, good chance of getting a reply. But I have to just say 'no PMs' otherwise most people don't listen.
