View Full Version : Hero overheating
every once in a while my Hero (the real hero) is super super warm. The weird thing is its when i am not even using it. I pick it up after its been sitting for a while and its just hot. I check to see if maybe i have to many things running and nada. Once i start using it again it cools down. I dont expect to find an answer to this, it just seems back asswards:confused:

I noticed that on my iPhone once and after inspection I noticed that my charging cable wasn't completely connected into the charging port.

this is while not charging though, really weird
I can't be certain of what's causing it, but I can say that a performance update will be out by the Launch of the CDMA Hero. Maybe that will help.

yeah i have heard (and seen) the new official update, should be released within the next week :)
actually i think it was in relation to the post i made about the twidroid pro widget lagging, ever since i removed the widget there is no lag or overheating problems :D

Yeah the heat could be caused by your phone working really hard to establish a connection or complete an action unsuccessfully.

exactly what i was thinking, i put that widget back on and left it just on EDGE and the arrows were constant for 10 straight minutes, deleted the widget again and they just came for a second here and there. i should probably email these finding to twidroid
